Pre-Litigation Case Manager – Licensed Mexican Attorney

About the role

This remote, full‑time position supports a fast‑growing California personal injury law firm. The Pre‑Litigation Case Manager will handle personal injury matters from initial intake through settlement, ensuring efficient case progression and optimal outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high‑volume caseload of personal injury claims from intake to settlement.
• Negotiate directly with insurance adjusters and carriers.
• Prepare and support settlement demand packages.
• Coordinate medical records, billing, liens, and supporting evidence.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, medical providers, and insurers.
• Monitor case progression and proactively move files toward resolution.
• Follow up on settlement checks, releases, and final documentation.
• Document case notes accurately in the case management system.
• Escalate complex matters when necessary and collaborate with internal legal and operations teams.

Required profile

• Licensed attorney in Mexico.
• Minimum 3 years of personal injury experience (5 + years preferred).
• Proven track record managing cases from intake through settlement.
• Strong negotiation experience with insurance adjusters.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1‑C2 preferred).
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
