Precision Medicine Data Lead – AI Training

About the role

We are seeking a Precision Medicine Data Lead to shape AI‑driven personalized medicine by integrating and governing complex genomic and clinical datasets. This fully remote, flexible contract position works at the intersection of health informatics, genomics, and advanced AI research.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimise data pipelines that combine genomics, clinical records, biomarkers and other healthcare data into unified analytics platforms.
• Lead analytical strategies that turn integrated datasets into actionable insights for precision‑medicine research and clinical decision support.
• Collaborate with clinicians, researchers and engineering teams to ensure data quality, regulatory compliance and scientific rigour.
• Translate advanced findings into clear outputs for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Evaluate and improve data annotation, quality and governance frameworks that underpin AI model training.

Required profile

• Extensive experience working with large‑scale healthcare, genomic or life‑science datasets in analytics or data‑leadership roles.
• Strong background in data integration, governance and converting complex data into meaningful scientific or clinical insights.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with clinical, research and engineering teams in regulated environments.
• Highly independent with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Detail‑oriented and rigorous, recognising that data quality in healthcare is non‑negotiable.
