Process Engineer – Manufacturing Site

About the role

We are expanding our manufacturing site in Mexico and are looking for a Process Engineer to support the launch and integration of new products and equipment. You will work closely with production teams to ensure the facility meets growth targets while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assess shop capacity and recommend improvements to meet business demand.
• Identify and implement process improvements that increase output and reduce costs.
• Support product validation programs and accelerate time‑to‑launch.
• Conduct walkthroughs, inspections, product evaluations, and engineering test studies (GR&R, SVs, test methods, criticality).
• Interpret assembly documentation such as schematics, BOMs, visuals, debug procedures, and testing tools.
• Provide training and clear direction to production associates and new technicians.
• Advise on scheduling, staffing needs, and ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Associate degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the medical device sector.
• Experience with GR&R, SVs, engineering studies, and validation protocols is a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English (intermediate to advanced).
