Procurement Coordinator – Corporate Services

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Procurement Coordinator to join our Corporate Services team at our Parque Industrial Queretaro site. In this role you will support the procurement function by handling low‑to‑mid‑value purchases, coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and ensuring smooth purchasing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Gather data, analyse vendor quotes and assist in sourcing goods and services.
• Conduct market research, maintain vendor profiles and prepare RFI/RFQ documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand purchasing needs and timelines.
• Support senior buyers in negotiating pricing, terms and delivery schedules.
• Track purchase orders, monitor deliveries and ensure vendor compliance.
• Maintain procurement records, audit‑ready documentation and reporting on metrics.
• Assist with vendor onboarding, performance evaluation and continuous improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing or supply‑chain support.
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication abilities.
• Basic knowledge of contract terms, supplier sourcing and procurement best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
