Procurement Manager (Individual Contributor) (Onsite)

About the role

Collins Aerospace is looking for a Procurement Manager to lead the Procure-to-Pay process for indirect materials. The role focuses on ensuring timely purchasing, cost‑effective solutions, and compliance with company policies while supporting aerospace operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of suppliers, placing demand, confirming commitments, and ensuring on‑time delivery.
• Process RFQs, create and maintain purchase orders, and handle supplier portal activities.
• Monitor contract performance and enforce compliance with contractual obligations.
• Develop and maintain Line of Balance (LOB) and Work‑in‑Progress trackers to monitor part recovery.
• Identify root causes of delivery delays and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Lead supplier improvement initiatives, risk mitigation, and delivery‑improvement plans.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally on projects that support procurement strategies and operational challenges.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of procurement experience (or advanced degree with at least 5 years).
• At least 5 years of experience using SAP or comparable ERP systems.
• Proven supplier‑management experience, including performance improvement and risk mitigation.
