Production Operator

About the role

The Production Operator ensures smooth manufacturing while meeting quality, safety and deadline requirements. The role involves operating production equipment, monitoring processes, and maintaining a clean, organized workstation.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out one or more production operations following defined standards.
• Detect, report and isolate anomalies or defective products using QRAP system.
• Clean and maintain machines and workstations; ensure 5S standards.
• Supply raw materials, packaging items and small equipment, verifying conformity.
• Perform quality checks at machine entry and exit points.
• Monitor production program, ensure safety, quality and productivity standards.
• Participate in series changes, adjustment/parameterisation of equipment, and improvement projects.
• Inform team leader of problems and attend daily/monthly meetings and training.

Required profile

• Ability to follow environmental, energy, health and safety standards.
• Attention to detail for detecting and reporting anomalies.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and participation in improvement proposals.
• Versatility to support and train colleagues when needed.
