Production Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead and motivate production teams in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for delivering safety, quality, on‑time delivery and cost targets while fostering continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and supervise production personnel to achieve performance goals.
• Coordinate daily production activities to meet schedule, output and business unit objectives.
• Monitor production flow, resolve operational issues and adjust priorities as needed.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure staff training and certification.
• Participate in core team, quality and audit meetings to support plant metrics.
• Drive or support projects related to process improvement, productivity, and new product or process introductions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 2‑4 years of experience on MMC production lines.
• 2‑4 years of experience supervising personnel.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Willingness to relocate to Nuevo León.
