Production Supervisor

About the role

As a Production Supervisor you will lead manufacturing teams in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring safety, quality, delivery and cost targets are met. You will be responsible for daily operational performance, people development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production personnel, driving team performance and managing staff administration.
• Coordinate daily production activities to meet schedules, output goals and business unit objectives.
• Monitor production flow, resolve operational issues and adjust priorities as needed.
• Promote a strong safety culture, ensure training and certification, and enforce compliance with company policies.
• Participate in core team and quality meetings to support plant metrics.
• Lead or support projects related to process improvement, productivity, and new product or process introductions.
• Participate in internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience on MMC production lines.
• 2–4 years of experience leading or supervising personnel.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Willingness to relocate to Nuevo León.
