Production Supervisor

About the role

Rockwell Automation is hiring a Production Supervisor in Monterrey. The supervisor leads and oversees production activities to deliver high-quality output and cost efficiency, reports to the Production Manager and works closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety and environmental standards across manufacturing operations.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs such as efficiency, yield, downtime, safety incidents and cost performance to drive data-based decisions.
• Drive daily, weekly and monthly production targets through effective planning and execution.
• Support operational excellence initiatives and align workforce deployment with defined staffing models.
• Manage workforce planning, including hiring requisitions and structured training programs.
• Build and sustain a high-performance, collaborative team culture.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Maintenance for continuous improvement and rapid issue resolution.
• Escalate and communicate operational risks, constraints and performance gaps to leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to influence at all organizational levels.
• Proven problem-solving expertise using Lean Manufacturing tools (A3, Kaizen, Ishikawa, 5S).
• Availability to support rotating shifts.
• Bachelor's degree.

Required skills

• Proficiency in standard business and manufacturing software systems (SAP, Microsoft Office).
• Hands-on experience in assembly line operations.
