Production Supervisor – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

The Production Supervisor will lead the assigned production area at Bosch’s facility in Ciudad Juárez, ensuring safety, quality and on‑time delivery. You will coordinate staff, manage workflow and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all activities to meet the production schedule while complying with safety and quality requirements.
• Supervise staff, organize workflow, monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed.
• Prepare shift production summaries and report processing flow results.
• Identify training needs, deliver instruction and ensure competence of manufacturing personnel.
• Enforce procedures, safety, environmental guidelines and quality documentation.
• Support Bosch Production System, CIP, policy deployment and teamwork.
• Drive continuous improvement of quality, cost, productivity, equipment uptime and absenteeism.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and manage SAP P72 and P59 modules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Basic English communication skills.
• 1‑2 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and knowledge of 8D, Fishbone, 5Why, 6Sigma/Shainin methods.
• Ability to work across shifts and communicate effectively with plant teams.
