Project Manager – Automotive Tier 1

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead automotive Tier‑1 projects focused on interior components. The role requires at least five years of experience in the automotive sector and fluency in English (B2‑C1).

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor project activities from concept to delivery.
• Assess and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with operational management systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement and production teams to guarantee product quality.
• Maintain deep knowledge of interior component technologies, including plastic engineering, organic materials and door‑trim systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in a Tier‑1 automotive environment.
• Strong command of spoken and written English (B2‑C1).
