Project Manager – E‑Commerce (Remote)

About the role

BlueTuskr is a full‑service e‑commerce growth agency seeking a remote Project Manager to keep client engagements on time, on scope, and drama‑free. Reporting to the Lead Project Manager, you will own day‑to‑day execution across paid media, creative, owned media, and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily workflow for a portfolio of client accounts, tracking deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies.
• Maintain project scope and schedule, flagging risks early.
• Serve as the connective tissue between Paid Media, Creative, Owned Media, and Analytics teams.
• Keep project status up‑to‑date in Asana for full team visibility.
• Identify bottlenecks, propose and implement process improvements.
• Partner with the Lead Project Manager to design, document, and roll out new workflows and templates.
• Support client communication on timelines, deliverables, and status; escalate issues with context and recommendations.
• Onboard new clients and team members into BlueTuskr’s project workflows.
• Maintain clear reporting on project health, capacity, and throughput.

• Proactive problem‑solver who spots scheduling conflicts before they arise.
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate across multiple departments and with clients.
