Project Manager – Electronics Manufacturing Services

About the role

The Project Manager will coordinate and manage the launch of new projects and transfers into the production plant, as well as contract manufacturing activities. Working closely with internal teams and business units, the role ensures customer requirements, safe launches, and company objectives are successfully achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead local plant teams and activities for assigned projects.
• Coordinate with internal functions and business units to meet customer requirements and project objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of projects throughout the complete lifecycle, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress.
• Identify issues, escalate when needed, and support problem resolution.
• Collaborate with project team members to coordinate activities effectively.
• Coordinate local activities related to EMS contract manufacturing and project‑related engineering changes.

Required profile

• Engineering degree required (Industrial Engineering preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management or related roles.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in EMS, electronics manufacturing, or PCBA environments.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems, planning tools, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and resource management.
• Experience in complex and regulated industries.
