Project Manager – Industrial Production Lines

About the role

Tetra Pak is seeking a Project Manager to lead the design and implementation of industrial production lines for the food industry. Based in Cuautitlán (or Polanco), you will work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver safe, efficient, and high‑quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and control projects from quotation through commissioning.
• Manage project risks across technical, financial, procurement, legal, and commercial domains.
• Coordinate resources, monitor performance, and provide feedback to senior management.
• Collaborate with account managers, project engineering, and global stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver quotations for processing and packaging solutions.
• Travel to customer sites up to 20% of the time, regionally and globally.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex industrial projects, preferably in food processing or packaging.
• Strong ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external customers.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to regional and global project demands.
• Interest in obtaining or holding a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
