About the role

Programmers.io is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end implementations of the Infor XA (Mapics) ERP system. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from any location while coordinating cross‑functional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

Lead Infor XA/Mapics projects from initiation through go‑live and post‑implementation support.
Define project scope, schedule, resources and risk mitigation plans.
Coordinate developers, functional consultants, and business stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
Monitor progress, produce status reports and communicate updates to senior management.
Ensure quality standards and compliance with client requirements.

Required profile

Minimum 8 years of professional experience in ERP project management.
Proven track record of delivering Infor XA (Mapics) implementations.
Strong leadership, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
