About the role

Welo Life Sciences is seeking a Project Manager to lead localization projects for pharmaceutical, CRO and medical device clients. The role involves planning, executing and delivering client projects while ensuring quality, compliance and on‑time performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist project teams with planning, scoping, requirements gathering and validation.
• Own end‑to‑end localization project management for assigned accounts.
• Identify and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to meet quality, cost and schedule targets.
• Create and monitor project schedules, budgets and financial controls.
• Resolve issues through corrective and preventive actions and continuously seek process improvements.
• Report project status, scope and financials to stakeholders in written and verbal form.
• Maintain accurate finance system data and documentation.
