Project Manager, Laboratory (Home Based)

About the role

ICON Strategic Solutions is hiring a Project Manager, Laboratory for a home-based position in Mexico City. Working in a sponsor-dedicated model, you will coordinate project and programme delivery, resolve issues and build team capability, managing 10-15 studies under Good Clinical Practice. The role is open to current ICON employees.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the Sponsor's main contact for ICON services, including the day-to-day management of studies, to ensure client satisfaction
• Attend and represent ICON at Sponsor meetings
• Manage 10-15 studies in line with Good Clinical Practice
• Communicate study progress professionally and provide Sponsors with regular management reports
• Provide ICOLAB support to sponsor personnel

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as life sciences or healthcare
• Previous project management experience in a laboratory or clinical research setting
• Ability to manage competing priorities and develop your team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to represent the company at sponsor meetings
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills for study documentation and timelines
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
