Project Manager, Laboratory

About the role

ICON Strategic Solutions is hiring a Project Manager, Laboratory in Mexico City. Working in a sponsor-dedicated model, you will coordinate project and programme management delivery, resolve issues and build team capability. The role focuses on managing 10-15 studies in line with Good Clinical Practice and supporting sponsors with their studies.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the Sponsor's main contact for all matters concerning ICON services, including the day-to-day management of studies, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Attend and represent ICON at Sponsor meetings.
• Manage 10-15 studies in accordance with Good Clinical Practice.
• Communicate study progress responsibly and professionally, providing Sponsors with regular management reports.
• Provide ICOLAB support to sponsor personnel.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as life sciences or healthcare.
• Previous project management experience in a laboratory or clinical research setting.
• Solid project and programme management experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and develop your team.
• Ability to manage multiple studies concurrently while adhering to regulatory standards and guidelines.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organisational skills for study documentation and timelines.
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
