Project Manager People Function

About the role

Marsh is looking for a Project Manager People Function to join its team in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role with at least three days a week spent in the office. You will lead and coordinate projects proactively, advising and guiding the People function across the full range of HR portfolio activities, without oversight in most situations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and implement projects from conception to completion, applying project management skills so they align with business objectives.
• Take the lead, when required, on the rollout and delivery of HR programs in the region and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues in multiple locations and take formal responsibilities required by statute or local market practice.
• Provide local business or country insights to CoEs or People Partners developing solutions for workforce planning, succession or performance management.
• Coordinate activities supporting the People function during restructuring, including planning and running consultations with colleagues about changes to roles or terms of employment.
• Ensure regulatory and statutory obligations are met locally, including works council accountabilities and reporting requirements.
• Consult with People Partners and CoEs to define best practices and improve delivery methods, taking regional or country-specific nuances into account.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in project management leading end-to-end projects.
• Ability to build relationships across teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills focused on data-driven decisions, accountability, ownership, change management and organizational effectiveness.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Advanced level of English is a must.
