Project Manager – Salesforce Migration

About the role

EPAM is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead Salesforce migration delivery efforts. You will ensure strategic alignment with business goals while guiding diverse, multinational teams toward successful adoption and execution of innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead migration delivery activities to ensure consistency with defined project goals.
• Facilitate collaboration across multifunctional teams to support process rollout and adoption.
• Control schedules, milestones, and stakeholder communications throughout the full engagement lifecycle.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in a project management role.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.
• Background in leading migration initiatives from planning through completion.
• Competency in orchestrating teams across multiple functions and disciplines.
• Strong stakeholder relationship and executive‑level communication skills.
• Ability to handle complex delivery programs while balancing scope, time, and quality.
