About the role
Paramount Pictures is seeking a Promotions Coordinator to join its Promotions team in Mexico. The role supports the Promotions Manager in developing and executing promotional activities for Paramount Pictures titles across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Promotions Manager with presentations, partner meetings, and follow‑up on promotional asset development and approval.
- Coordinate production of audio/visual and print assets.
- Manage promotional items inventory, shipping, and related logistics.
- Submit and track Marketing department Purchase Orders.
- Oversee the screenings platform (Paramount Premieres).
- Support event organization, including premieres, red carpets, talent visits, and related activities.
- Conduct market and vendor research.
Required profile
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications.
- Advanced level of English.
- Detail‑oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, strong creativity, and strong organizational abilities.
- Passion and knowledge of the entertainment industry are highly valued.
