Quality Manager

About the role

StarkStark is seeking a Quality Manager to ensure product and process quality across its electric motorcycle operations. You will champion a zero‑defect mindset, implement robust quality systems, and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all in‑line and end‑of‑line quality assurance activities.
• Implement and maintain ISO/IATF quality standards.
• Develop control plans, inspection standards, and audit schedules.
• Investigate non‑conformances and conduct root‑cause analysis (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why).
• Coordinate operator training on quality‑critical processes.
• Drive continuous‑improvement and scrap‑reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with suppliers and engineering to eliminate defects.
• Conduct line audits, review defect dashboards, and take immediate containment actions.
• Approve product quality before shipping and validate calibration of measurement equipment.
• Provide quality feedback to operators and update management on daily defect and scrap levels.

Required profile

• Strong technical knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality management systems.
• Proficiency in problem‑solving methodologies such as 8D, FMEA and SPC.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams for defect resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 5+ years of quality assurance experience in automotive, EV or electronics manufacturing.
• 2+ years in a leadership or coordinator position.
• Experience with battery‑assembly quality control is preferred.
