Quality Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Manager to join our E-Systems Division at the Torres Plant in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua. Reporting to the Regional Quality Manager, you will lead compliance with plant quality systems and drive continuous improvement in an automotive manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with plant quality systems and IATF 16949, customer, Lear and SOX requirements.
• Plan and coordinate performance‑improvement strategies, systematic and preventive actions.
• Conduct internal audits, document findings and close corrective actions.
• Prepare and analyse quality records, internal reports and customer presentations.
• Manage engineering changes, customer complaints and track new releases.

Required profile

• Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering degree.
• More than 3 years of experience as a Quality Manager or in a related automotive quality role.
• Proficient English language skills.
