Quality Supervisor (Quality Administrative Technician)

About the role

The Quality Supervisor will support operational and administrative quality activities within the plant, ensuring that production meets established standards. Working closely with operations and manufacturing teams, the role focuses on process follow‑up, document control, audit support, and KPI monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on daily quality department activities and maintain accurate records.
• Support supervision and coordination of operational personnel.
• Monitor quality indicators, KPIs, and production floor compliance.
• Track corrective actions and containment activities.
• Assist internal audits and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Prepare quality reports and documentation.

Required profile

• Technical, engineering, or bachelor’s degree completed.
• 1‑3 years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or related processes.
• Basic experience supervising or coordinating operational staff.
• Familiarity with automotive or manufacturing environments is a plus.

• Basic blueprint reading
• Use of measuring instruments
• Proficiency in Excel and administrative follow‑up
