About the role
WTW is seeking a proactive Recruiter to lead talent acquisition across Central America, covering Panama, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Costa Rica and Nicaragua. The role also supports broader Latin America recruitment as needed, driving inclusive hiring and transformation initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full life‑cycle recruitment process for assigned openings, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build collaborative relationships with business leaders, HR partners and global recruitment colleagues.
- Develop and execute direct‑sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
- Lead recruitment transformation projects and implement best‑practice processes for the region.
- Ensure recruitment technology is fit‑for‑purpose and supports efficient execution.
- Create and maintain hiring analytics to measure effectiveness and inform strategy.
- Communicate consistently with candidates throughout the process and handle exits professionally.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience, with a proven track record of regional recruitment in Central America.
- Ability to adapt quickly to fast‑changing environments and shift priorities.
- Strong collaboration skills within a matrix organization.
- Enthusiasm for continuous improvement of recruitment processes and talent strategies.
