Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

Partner One Capital is seeking a proactive Recruiter to lead all talent acquisition initiatives for its portfolio of fast‑growing software companies. You will partner with hiring managers across departments to define ideal candidate profiles and drive the full‑cycle recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment activities, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with managers to refine job requirements and create compelling postings.
• Source active and passive candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, Facebook, and direct outreach.
• Conduct background and reference checks, negotiate offers, and manage documentation.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience and track hiring metrics.
• Provide HR, payroll, and benefits support to employees.
• Assist executive leadership with administrative tasks and ad‑hoc HR projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in technology or software.
• Proven ability to hire technical roles and manage global hiring processes.
• Detail‑oriented, initiative‑driven, and comfortable handling confidential information.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
