Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition (Mexico)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter based in Mexico to join an international, collaborative environment. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle and help attract exceptional talent across global markets, working closely with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding coordination.
• Identify and attract qualified candidates using sourcing platforms, networking, direct search, and headhunting techniques.
• Conduct candidate research and maintain strong relationships throughout the recruitment journey.
• Maintain accurate hiring pipelines and recruitment data in the applicant tracking system.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, ensure structured interview processes, and provide recruitment guidance.

Required profile

• 2+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in IT.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic international setting.
• Strong knowledge of direct sourcing, headhunting methods, and recruitment tools.
• Good understanding of the IT talent market and technical terminology.
