Recruiter – G&A Hiring (Remote)

About the role

Command|Link is seeking a Recruiter to own the end‑to‑end hiring process for its General & Administrative (G&A) functions, including Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Administration. This is a high‑volume, execution‑focused position that emphasizes clean data, organized workflows, and a frictionless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain ATS hygiene for 10‑20 active G&A requisitions, ensuring accurate records, statuses, and notes.
• Schedule and coordinate phone screens, hiring‑manager interviews, and panel interviews across multiple time zones.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing confirmations, agendas, prep materials, and follow‑ups.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep pipelines moving, flagging stalled candidates and overdue feedback.
• Manage candidate communications, including outreach replies, status updates, rejection notices, and offer logistics.
• Post and refresh job listings on job boards, the company careers site, and partner channels.
• Track and report weekly recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑schedule, interview load, pipeline coverage, and requisition aging.
• Identify process gaps and propose lightweight improvements, leveraging AI tools for outreach drafting, interview note summarization, and automation.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining tidy data.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Comfortable coordinating schedules across busy managers and candidates in different time zones.
• Proactive communicator who can keep candidates informed throughout the process.

Required skills

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted recruiting tools.
