Recruiter Intern

About the role

HeadQuarters is seeking a motivated Recruiter Intern to support its fast‑growing global start‑up. This 6‑month position offers hands‑on experience in talent acquisition, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews, and provides a clear path to a permanent Junior Recruiter role based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, social media and online communities.
• Review resumes, schedule interviews and act as the communication bridge between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and prepare regular progress reports.
• Represent the company positively to ensure a great candidate experience.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand role requirements and support an impartial hiring process.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Genuine interest in talent acquisition and people operations.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic start‑up environment.
