About the role

ARQARQ is a fast‑growing fintech looking for a proactive Recruiter to join its founding team. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, shape talent strategy and help build a world‑class talent machine.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with co‑founders and the executive team to define roles, seniorities and create hiring playbooks.
• Act like a founder by taking ownership, moving quickly and getting hands‑dirty to win.
• Track pipelines and conversion rates, using data to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
• Serve as the first impression of ARQARQ, communicating the vision to attract top talent.
• Move with urgency, engaging great candidates fast without sacrificing quality.
• Design scalable recruiting processes, tools and rituals to turn the talent team into a world‑class machine.
• Iterate weekly on outreach, interview formats and overall processes for constant improvement.

Required profile

• Proven track record hiring A‑players in a fast‑paced environment.
• Precise sourcing skills beyond inbound applications.
• Resourceful use of LinkedIn and existing networks to find candidates.
• Strong interpersonal skills, high EQ and ability to assess cultural fit while delivering a white‑glove candidate experience.
• Excellent organization, managing candidate funnels with meticulous attention to detail.
• Team player with relentless drive and a history of closing hires.
