Recruiter – Mexico City

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in Mexico City. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire high‑quality candidates for our insurance business.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute recruiting processes as directed by management.
• Administer the agent referral program and track recruiting activities in designated systems.
• Screen, interview, and assess agent candidates using company‑approved methods.
• Build and maintain networks of sources and centers of influence.
• Participate in career fairs, seminars, and professional organizations.
• Implement passive recruiting strategies, including internet sourcing, job boards, and cold calling.
• Recommend improvements to recruiting and selection processes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum of one (1) year of recruiting experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Knowledge of compensation fundamentals and labor market trends.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (1‑3 years).
