Recruiter – Multiple Verticals (Remote)

About the role

Scalesource is a fast‑growing remote staffing company seeking a proactive Recruiter to own a full recruiting desk across multiple verticals. You will source, screen, and place elite international talent for U.S. clients while delivering a white‑glove candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Run end‑to‑end recruiting for Scalesource roles, targeting a 14‑day time‑to‑hire.
• Provide world‑class candidate experience, including 24‑hour feedback for all applicants.
• Post compelling job ads, conduct rigorous screening, and make data‑driven hiring decisions.
• Lead recruitment improvement projects and enablement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting for multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Experience hiring remote talent across various regions.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Comfortable leveraging AI and automation tools to accelerate workflows.
• Familiarity with an ATS, preferably Workable.
• Strong opinions on recruitment processes and a willingness to discuss improvements.

What we offer

• Initial compensation of $1,250 USD/month for the first 90 days, increasing to $1,500 USD/month thereafter.
