Recruiter - Remote

About the role

ResultsCX is seeking a remote Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. You will be responsible for high‑volume interviewing and hiring, ensuring a positive candidate experience while supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and hire candidates using established processes for high‑volume recruitment.
• Qualify applicants against position requirements, including technical computer specifications and aptitude.
• Follow team guidelines to select the right candidate for each program.
• Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.
• Maintain strong relationships and communication with internal stakeholders and a diverse candidate pool.
• Ensure data integrity within the applicant tracking system.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of recruiting experience.
• High energy, results‑oriented, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Strong focus on pipeline management.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong problem‑solving, conceptual thinking, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment while delivering high performance.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel).
