Recruiter (Remote - Mexico)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, people‑oriented Recruiter to join our fully remote team based in Mexico. In this junior to mid‑level position you will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates while helping the company attract top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Post job openings on recruitment platforms and social media.
• Source qualified candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and other methods.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and job requirements.
• Keep accurate candidate records in the ATS and build a talent pipeline.
• Promote a positive candidate experience and the employer brand.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR.
• Proven ability to manage full‑cycle recruitment for multiple positions.
• Strong interviewing, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Fluent English; Spanish language skills highly desirable.
• Based in Mexico with legal authorization to work full‑time.
