Recruiter Specialist (Remote, US Hours)

About the role

Club Feast is seeking a Recruiter Specialist to build and support its workforce across multiple U.S. markets. This fully remote position works during U.S. business hours and plays a critical part in ensuring a reliable, high‑quality talent pipeline for the company’s fast‑growing operations platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage candidate pipelines for several U.S. locations.
• Conduct outreach, screening, and qualification calls with prospective talent.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and onboarding activities.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with Operations teams to align staffing needs with workforce planning.
• Track recruitment activity, onboarding progress, and hiring metrics.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records in candidate tracking systems.

Required profile

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, workforce operations, customer outreach, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Comfortable conducting phone and video interviews.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑up capabilities.
• Willingness to work U.S. business hours.
