Recruiter Specialist – Remote (U.S. Hours)

About the role

Club Feast is seeking a Recruiter Specialist to build and support its delivery driver workforce across multiple U.S. markets. This fully remote position works during U.S. business hours and plays a critical part in ensuring a reliable driver network that fuels the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Source, outreach, screen, and qualify delivery driver candidates in various U.S. markets.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and maintain a smooth onboarding experience for new drivers.
• Maintain accurate candidate and driver records throughout the hiring process.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for driver questions, support needs, and engagement initiatives.
• Identify workforce gaps or risks and proactively communicate with Operations and Dispatch teams.
• Track recruitment activity, onboarding progress, and workforce metrics to align driver availability with operational demand.

Required profile

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, workforce operations, customer support, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Comfortable conducting phone and video interviews.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑up capabilities.
• Willingness to work U.S. business hours.
