Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to join our global climate‑technology company. You will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support our mission of creating sustainable, efficient spaces worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑person and virtual interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline by attending job fairs, career events, and networking activities.
• Source candidates through social media, job boards, community outreach, and partnerships with schools or universities.
• Develop relationships with staffing agencies, career centers, and industry groups to expand recruitment opportunities.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and support the interview process.
• Provide a positive candidate experience by keeping applicants informed throughout the hiring cycle.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Track recruiting metrics such as interview count, offers extended, and time‑to‑fill.
• Handle job offers, background checks, and other pre‑employment activities.
• Adjust working hours to attend evening or weekend recruitment events as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably with a focus on field or in‑person recruitment.
• Experience in high‑volume recruitment, candidate sourcing, and relationship building.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
