About the role
We are looking for a Recruiting Analyst to join our Talent Acquisition team in Mexico City. The role focuses on end‑to‑end recruitment activities and supports the improvement of workforce performance across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse and resolve lower‑complexity recruitment problems while collaborating with peers and supervisors.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: identify hiring needs, craft job descriptions, source candidates, screen and shortlist, conduct interviews, select and onboard new hires.
- Support initiatives that boost business agility, increase revenue and reduce costs through effective talent acquisition.
- Work occasional rotational shifts as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3‑5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Fluent Spanish (C2) and basic English (A2).
- Ability to work under moderate supervision and deliver individual contributions within a team.
Required skills
- Recruiting Processes (P5 level).
- Talent Sourcing (P5 level).
