Recruiting Coordinator (8-month Fixed-Term, Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to partner with our Talent Acquisition team and ensure a smooth interview experience for candidates. This 8‑month fixed‑term position is hybrid, requiring a minimum of two days per week in the office. You will act as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring teams, representing DocuSign’s professional image.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule phone, virtual, and occasional onsite interviews, coordinating with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers and interviewers.
• Serve as the main liaison for interview logistics, schedule changes and candidate communications.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and status updates in the Applicant Tracking System and ticketing platform.
• Provide training and knowledge sharing on scheduling processes and TA tools.
• Support recruiting events such as off‑site sessions and batch interview days.
• Perform additional administrative tasks related to recruitment as needed.
