Recruiting Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support our talent acquisition team. This junior‑level, remote position in Mexico offers a pathway into recruiting, with hands‑on experience in sourcing, outreach, and interview coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates on platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter and other job boards.
• Conduct outreach to build talent pipelines and generate candidate interest.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Zoho or JazzHR and related systems.
• Support the recruiting team with administrative tasks and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Interest in building a career in talent acquisition.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
