Recruitment Consultant

About the role

Hill Robinson is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join its Palma office, supporting the superyacht sector. The role offers the chance to build a client portfolio from scratch, working directly with yacht owners, captains and department heads to place crew members.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and grow a personal client base.
• Understand recruitment needs of owners, representatives, captains and heads of department.
• Source, screen, interview and place qualified candidates.
• Manage vacancies from brief to offer, ensuring smooth onboarding.
• Maintain a network of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
• Provide clear communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
• Record activity accurately in the Hill Robinson recruitment database.
• Promote opportunities via social media and support the Hill Robinson brand.
• Meet agreed revenue targets and KPIs.
• Attend industry events, yacht shows and client meetings as required.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
• Collaborative and proactive approach.
• Interest in the superyacht industry, either from recruitment or onboard experience.
