Recruitment Coordinator – Construction (Mexico City)

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking a highly organized Recruitment Coordinator to join its U.S. Talent Acquisition team from our Mexico City office. The role ensures a seamless, high‑quality recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers across a fast‑growing construction business.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, real‑time updates across ATS, trackers, and reporting tools.
• Support a high‑volume recruitment environment while preserving consistency and precision.
• Identify process improvements, raise capacity when possible, and drive solutions to enhance candidate experience.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple workstreams, prioritize tasks, and own deliverables through completion.
