Recruitment Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

Pearl Talent is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support its fast‑moving talent acquisition team. This fully remote position works Eastern Time hours and ensures the operational side of recruiting runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Track action items across the TA team, own follow‑ups and surface potential delays.
• Maintain accurate project boards in Notion and other tools.
• Partner with Data, Customer Success, and Sales to gather updates and turn scattered inputs into clear answers.
• Maintain data hygiene in Workable and reporting workbooks, catching inconsistencies early.
• Document SOPs and process guides to replace tribal knowledge with repeatable systems.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters, sourcers, and ops partners to keep everyone aligned and unblocked.

Required profile

• Experience working in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• At least 1 year in a coordination, operations, or project‑management role.
• Recruiting or talent‑acquisition experience is a plus, but not required.
• Proven track record of owning follow‑ups and delivering on deadlines.
