About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Recruitment Sourcing Specialist to join our talent acquisition team. Working 100% remotely, you will help build and maintain high‑quality candidate pipelines for a variety of international hiring campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through online platforms, job boards, and specialized databases.
• Manage and accurately maintain candidate applications and records.
• Monitor daily sourcing activity, meet assigned targets, and track performance metrics.
• Screen profiles according to client or campaign requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve workflow efficiency and provide process updates.
• Support ongoing recruitment campaigns across multiple regions and industries.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of online recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
• Attention to detail and commitment to process accuracy.
• Previous recruitment or sourcing experience is a plus.
