Regional Controller - North America

About the role

Maxion Wheels is seeking a Regional Controller for its North American operations. The role will lead financial, accounting and administrative functions across local business units and shared services, ensuring compliance, accurate reporting and cost optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual close processes for North American business units and shared services.
• Consolidate regional results and provide timely financial information for decision‑making.
• Implement, strengthen and monitor internal policies, procedures and controls to mitigate risk.
• Prepare, analyse and distribute accurate financial statements, budget variance reports and key performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with local and federal tax and legal obligations.
• Coordinate treasury, accounts payable/receivable and audit activities with local accounting teams.
• Partner with business units and strategic functions to drive profitability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field; finance specialization preferred.
• Minimum 7 years experience as a local controller (FP&A, tax, accounting) or at least 1 year as a regional controller.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and North American tax regulations.
• Conversational business English.
