Finance & Planning Corporate Intern

About the role

HITACHI ENERGY MEXICO, S.A. DE C.V. is looking for a Finance & Planning Corporate Intern in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. As a Financial Planning and Control intern, you will support the Americas Finance team with analysis, planning and reporting activities, working alongside professionals from different countries in an international, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly and quarterly financial closing processes
• Analyse financial results and identify relevant trends
• Contribute to maintaining management reports and dashboards
• Support validation and reconciliation of financial data
• Take part in continuous improvement and automation initiatives
• Help prepare analyses for business reviews and special projects
• Comply with applicable policies, procedures and compliance requirements

Required profile

• Student in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Administration; students in Industrial Engineering or related fields may also apply
• Interest in financial analysis and continuous learning
• Advanced level of English

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Power BI or SAP knowledge is desirable
