Travel & Expense Specialist – SAP Concur Implementation

About the role

This Travel & Expense Specialist supports the Travel & Expense (T&E) function within ABB Robotics, covering LATAM and Europe. The role ensures efficient processes, policy compliance and a positive employee experience. It reports to the Expense Implementation Lead and is open to early-to-mid career professionals with hands-on T&E experience and exposure to SAP Concur implementations, process transformations or system enhancements in a global environment. The work model is hybrid, and global relocation or long-term assignment support is not considered.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary T&E point of contact for LATAM and selected European countries.
• Support SAP Concur implementations, rollouts and process improvement initiatives.
• Gather business requirements and turn them into scalable T&E solutions, policy improvements and reporting.
• Drive compliance with travel policies, audit controls and expense management standards.
• Analyze T&E data, track KPIs and SLAs, and share insights to improve service delivery.
• Manage escalations and coordinate resolution with global teams and partners such as Finance, HR, IT and Audit.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Solid background in T&E operations within a multinational, shared services or global environment.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on SAP Concur experience in implementation, rollout or optimization projects.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Project or change management experience in a global setting is a plus.
