Accounting Analyst (AR) - Accounts Receivable

About the role

Corporativo Lumston is looking for an Accounting Analyst focused on Accounts Receivable (AR). You will analyze accounting and financial information to optimize cash flow and AR management, covering revenue monitoring, AR reconciliations, portfolio tracking and financial analysis, and collaborate across teams to keep financial operations efficient and structured.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end AR process to ensure timely collections and a healthy portfolio
• Track outstanding invoices, monitor aging schedules and follow up on overdue accounts
• Perform routine AR reconciliations and resolve ledger discrepancies or billing disputes
• Maintain accurate customer payment records, open balances and account statuses
• Assist in developing cash flow projections to optimize liquidity and working capital
• Analyze revenue, costs and expenses to identify variances and trends
• Support annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and financial projections, and perform variance analysis against budget and forecast

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, AR or similar corporate roles
• Solid track record in AR processes: billing, collections, ledger reconciliations and portfolio tracking
• Intermediate-to-advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data modeling)
• Experience with financial ERPs or accounting software such as Odoo, NetSuite or SAP
• Advanced English (B2 or higher, written and spoken)
