Regional Sales Manager – Latin America (Wine)

About the role

The Gérard Bertrand Group is seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial Regional Sales Manager to lead the development of its premium wine portfolio across Latin America. Based in Mexico, you will report to the Area Director for Southern Europe & LATAM and work closely with importers, distributors and key customers to strengthen the brand’s premium positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute commercial strategies for the Latin American market.
• Manage and expand the distributor network while identifying new business opportunities.
• Build strong partnerships with importers, key accounts and premium on‑trade customers.
• Accelerate distribution and visibility of the portfolio across all channels.
• Develop dedicated strategies for prestige and fine wines.
• Support product launches, innovations and private‑label projects.
• Negotiate annual business plans and promotional activities with distributors.
• Organise tastings, training sessions, consumer events and brand activations.
• Coordinate public‑relations, marketing and communication initiatives with headquarters.
• Represent the brand at trade fairs, exhibitions and professional events throughout the region.
• Prepare sales forecasts, business reviews and performance reports.
• Travel extensively across the region to support distributors and drive growth.

Required profile

• Established network of wine importers and premium retailers across Latin America.
• Experience with fine wines and luxury brands.
• Strong knowledge of French wines and wine culture.
• Fluency in French.
• Degree in Business, International Commerce, Marketing or Hospitality.
• WSET or equivalent wine qualification.
