Regional Support Specialist – Commercial Sales

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Support Specialist to join our Commercial HVAC Sales team in Richardson, Texas. The specialist will provide order management and customer‑service support to the sales force, acting as a key liaison between customers, internal teams and third‑party vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage account relationships and create daily customer quotations.
• Negotiate plan and specification jobs with house accounts.
• Enter, maintain and track orders through the delivery process.
• Coordinate weekly bid schedules, prioritize projects and communicate bid dates.
• Update quote status in the CRM, produce weekly open‑quote reports and follow up with stakeholders.
• Assist with credit and collection activities and oversee order credit approvals.
• Prepare and manage submittals and orders, reducing manual overrides.
• Ensure quotes and orders comply with residential district guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of related experience in sales support or order management.
• Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn technical terminology and organize multiple projects.
• Leadership ability and adaptability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience using CRM systems for quote and order tracking.
